biggest building society has launched a 125%
mortgage
aimed at homeowners trapped in negative equity. Nationwide said the
mortgage was aimed at the company's existing customers who want to
move but whose house value is less than the mortgage on the property.
Property in 28 days offers an absolute twenty five percent equity in
all Buy to Let properties acquired. Terms and condition apply.
Approved web partners and members will be able to access a range of
selected lenders, accountants, solicitors, nominated bank managers,
financial system managers, property agents and brokers. Specializing
in the buy to let market and developers who are renowned for their
professionalism and eye for business? Members only may access these
services.

been over valued by 3.5 times the the true value? How you ask, well if your
house is over priced that could possible be how the banks and building societies
make huge profits from you the customer. Your
property could possibly be really worth 3.5 times
less the real value and not the inflated market value price. By the time you
have finished paying the interest owed on the property
the real profit for the banks or lender will not be in the
